About
Most markets leave the editing to you. Aisle after aisle, a dozen of everything, the choosing saved for the end of a long day.
We began from the opposite idea: a smaller market is a better one — when the choosing is done well.
Wandering Fork is a curated food market. Fewer things, each one worth carrying, set out so you can come in, find what’s right, and get to the table without the search.
Premium, but not precious. Food-driven, but not a restaurant. Small enough to shop in ten minutes; complete enough to handle lunch, dinner, the pantry, a good bottle, and Friday’s guests.
Behind the counters, a proper fresh hall: cheese cut to order, charcuterie, the butcher and the fish, bread still warm, produce, a few flowers. On the shelves, a pantry pared to the imports and local makers we’d actually cook with. In the kitchen, all of it turned into something you can carry home tonight.
A Smaller Market.
A Better Table.
We keep the market small so your table can be better.
